The Korean Folk Village is
home to numerous collections of Korean cultural artifacts. The site provides a
venue to promote traditional Korean culture to both domestic and international
visitors, and provides an open-air learning place for succeeding generations.
The village has been developed to convey the wisdom and the spirits of our
ancestors to both domestic and international tourists. In Korean folk village many dishes of food. Bibimbap is a
once of halal food in here because without the pork mixture. Bibimbap is
actually quite hard to find that neither the pork, because most Koreans don't
Muslims to justify all the food, including pork.

Besides bibimbap, there are also kimchi. Kimchi is a Korean traditional meal. Korean people seem incomplete if it eats without kimchi. Kimchi is usually have a soup of clean water in the place in a container of ceramics. Kimchi varieties are determined by the main vegetable ingredients and the mix of seasonings used to flavor the kimchi. The most popular type of kimchi is the baechu (napa cabbage) variety but there are many regional and seasonal varieties.
The Kimchi Field Museum in Seoul has documented 187 historic and current varieties of kimchi. Although the most common seasonings include brine, scallions and spices, ingredients can be replaced or added depending on the type of kimchi being made. Common seasonings also include ginger, chopped radish, garlic, saeujeot , and aekjeot (fish sauce).
